Fact is, one donation of your blood can save up to 3 lives.
TO DONATE:
- You must be in good health. Be 17 years or older (16 with a Parent or Guardian’s consent).
- To ensure the ongoing health of our generous donors, we ask all donors age 76 or above to provide a one-time doctors note confirming they are in good health, and eligible to continue donating blood.
- You must be symptom free for at least 72 hours from cold, flu, or other similar illnesses.
Some medical conditions, medications, recent tattoos, piercings, or travel may impact your ability to donate.
