The East Meadow Fire Dept will host the 2025 6th Battalion Parade and Block Party on Sept 6, 2025 in celebration of our 95th year of service to our community. Enjoy a firefighters parade, marching bands, and fire trucks new and antique from the entire 6th Battalion. The parade will kick off at 5pm and will proceed North from East Meadow Avenue and Stuyvesant Ave ending at Fire Headquarters at 197 East Meadow Avenue. There you can enjoy food, refreshments, and a coral for children with slides, a jumping castle, face painting, and much more. Additional entertainment will be provided by a live band. All are welcome to attend.
