Roy was born on July 10th, 1947, child of James and Anne Duggan and brother to Kenny and Joseph (whom we all know as Bobby).
He graduated East Meadow High School in 1967.
As an enlisted man in the US Navy he served four years aboard the Aircraft Carrier USS Forestall.
Roy joined the East Meadow Fire Department in 1971 and was an active member until he passed away in 1975.
